Lovely fresh Takeaway. Wait time is short Always lovely friendly staff/ owners. We phone our orders in they're great when we tweek a dish. Im Veggie so I can omit Meat/ Seafood. Great service. I’ve ordered maybe 5 times from this takeaway, usually a munchie box which have usually been bland. Most recently I went to collect my order and there was a young boy half asleep at the counter as the phone rang away in the background. Being told by the owner/manager to anser the phone he sighed and replied “I was nearly asleep then too”. Ive tried a couple of different dishes recently, which have also been bland, sauce is always too watery, soggy chips and the food just doesn’t hit the spot. Its not worth the price, spending nearly £25 on 2 meals when theres other takeaways in the area well worth the money. Overall a disappointing takeaway and will not be ordering there again. The service is hit and miss and the young boy at the counter needs to change his attitude. Atleast I had the priveledge of recieveing a hair in my portion of chips this time. Ordered from here multiple times and always been nice, on this occasion the food was stone cold and the wontons pasty was dry, the inside was like jelly and tasted off. Phoned up as paid over £20 and was not only told I was wrong but that the money I spent wasn’t a lot of money and that I could only be refunded for one portion of wontons even tho I’d only eaten one piece out of the two portions. Staff were also getting involved in the background which was unnecessary and very unprofessional and rude and the women on the phone was also very rude. I DEFINITELY will not be back and DO NOT RATE this place for food. If you want decent food and hot and good phone service I suggest you go anywhere but here!!! Price per person: £20–30
