Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Marysville

I don't expect a lot out of fast food, but I've honestly seen better.I've visited this establishment on a multitude of occasions and every visit thus far has disappointed me. The atmosphere inside and out is uninviting, if not uncomfortable. I find that the staff is more preoccupied with their own personal matters than with providing quality customer service; they will corral around the kitchen and often were either quiet or uncooperative, not only that, it kinda seems like they're a little under trained?I've worked in fast food before and I will state, I do not agree with how disorganized and chaotic the kitchen looked from where I was standing. Not only that but I feel it's unnecessary to have from what I could count was 5 people in the drive-through window area when there was a lack of customers to be served. I do hate to have to bash on local establishments but this particular franchise location is honestly deplorable.

Double cheese burger was stale. Tasted like it was made hours before and was heated up after I ordered. The hamburger bun was chewy. Will not be back.

Visited this Dairy Queen today, sandwich tasted like it was microwaved. Soggy bread but really hot. Came with soggy fries. Something you would expect from being 3 days old. Unpleasant employees as well.

Worst DQ ever!!!!!o ordered a banana blizzard and a snicker doodle blizzard and they gave me a banana milkshake. I told them I ordered a blizzard and the guy at the drive through window argued with me telling me I ordered a milk shake when I did not. He refused to change my order. I then asked for a lid on the one bluzzard I got and he got angry and slammed the window shut and returned a few minutes later with a melted blizzard. I also ordered a ice cream cone and when he handed it to me he punched a whole in the side of the cone when he was handing it to me. I was disgusted with his behavior and threw my ice cream cone away after he put his thumb threw it. It was a dirty place and very unprofessional. A few weeks ago I ordered a plain burger and had to throw it away too because the bun was so hard I couldn’t even chew it clearly indicating to me it was over heated up in the microwave and not fresh at all. I could have thrown it like a rock it was so hard. Be ware and spend your money elsewhere. The good and service is horrible not to mention courtesy no rexpect to the people that make their paychecks. Terrible place.

They put no chicking in my crispy chicken salad bowl and they didnt give me a fork. The dinning room light were off until my husband asked if the dinning area was open (while we were ordering in the drive thru) they cones had less ice cream that supposed. They did not use gloves when handling ready to eat food. The only person using gloves was the cashier and she was touching everything around (including food)with the same gloves she touched money, and cards. Just skip this location.
