Guelaguetza Food Truck - Marysville

Great experience I showed about 15 min late for my food and they even had it back on the stove keeping it warm for me and because I drove to the wrong place they gave me 2 free drinks as well! Tacos are the best in Marysville by far! Taco pizza is crazy!

Ordered a barbacoa burrito for myself and a vegetarian tlaydua for my partner. The barbacoa was the most flavorful and tender barbacoa I've ever had. There was a unique almost black pepper note to it at times that I'll be craving until the next time I'm able to order. The tlaydua was something new to us, the best way to describe it would be a pizza sized tostada. Everything is amazing and decently priced

I have tried so hard to find great tacos in Ohio. They nailed it! Best Tacos I have had since I was in Texas! The service was super friendly and inviting! The only thing I can say, while the sauces were delicious! I should have asked if they had a hotter sauce.

Guelaguetza food truck came to my apartment complex this evening. I have friends who have raved about this food truck and I was so excited to finally try the food myself….It was by far the BEST AUTHENTIC Mexican food! I ordered the Steak Burrito and Chicken Quesadilla. Both were very delicious!!! The Portions are incredible (I definitely have leftovers! and the prices are very reasonable. Everything on the menu looked delicious. The staff is very kind.The person who took my order and gave me my food was so incredibly nice and amazing. She even offered me a free drink : First thing tomorrow morning, I’m telling my property manager to have this food truck come back on a regular basis! I 100% recommend this food truck!

Queso is out of the jar…. “On the Border Monterey Jack” you can buy entire jar at the store for $3.48 they want $6…. Disappointed in the inauthenticity :
