Jimmy Johns - Marysville

My wife and I love Jimmy Johns and this one is closest to us. We never had a problem with food or service until I recently got a sandwich with the wrong bread. The manager replaced the sandwich and delivered it to me even though I had ordered in the store. This is great service.

I absolutely love the tuna sandwich I ordered! I was craving some avocado to add to it, along with some chips. However, the portion I received was surprisingly minimal, almost laughable compared to what I expected. It's definitely a case of expectations versus reality, so I’m not really upset—just wished I could have added more. Thanks for everything you do, friends!

I placed my order just a minute before closing, and everything turned out perfectly. The staff was incredibly kind and gracious. Although I wouldn't recommend ordering so close to closing time again, it was refreshing to see that excellent customer service is still very much alive.

The food was incorrect, and the staff were disrespectful.

I visited the restaurant once and had the Ultimate Porker, which was absolutely fantastic!
