Írjon visszajelzéstWe initially chose to skip the long drive-through line and decided to dine in instead. There was a customer in front of us, and as I looked around, I noticed the restaurant was quite understaffed. I saw only three employees, yet they were working tirelessly to get orders out as quickly as they could. Several times, they politely informed customers that certain items were unavailable due to late supply deliveries. In my opinion, the issues were largely beyond their control, so I’m judging my experience based on what the staff could manage. The food was well-prepared and satisfying. Despite the heavy workload, all the staff members were friendly and pleasant. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained.
The staff at this restaurant were friendly, but I was disappointed with the bean portion—it felt like a joke. I returned it to the counter and got a refund. When I ordered the beef burrito, it seemed more like a rice burrito with just a small amount of beef. The rest of our meal was satisfactory, and I appreciated that the restaurant was clean and that ordering through the kiosk was simple.
The food was amazing, and even though the air conditioning was out, the portable units made the atmosphere much more comfortable. The manager on duty today definitely deserves a gold medal for customer service. There was a man trying to get free food by falsely claiming he had ordered through Uber Eats and trying to persuade the manager to give him something for free. To his credit, the manager remained calm and handled the situation professionally. Overall, it was a fantastic visit to Taco Bell. The restaurant was clean, the food was served piping hot and fresh, and the customer service was outstanding.
