Subway - Mason City

The Reuben Sandwich at $9.00 may seem a little expensive for a sandwich on plain white bread, but it is absolutely delicious. However, when factoring in the delivery cost, it can start to add up. It's not necessarily the restaurant's fault, but it's something to consider.

There were insects in the restroom and two bugs on the floor. Disgusting.

We ordered two sandwiches online from Eastside Subway in Mason City, Iowa three weeks ago and paid $18.00. When we went to pick them up, they had no record of our order despite showing them the receipt. They refused to make the sandwiches or refund our money. After speaking with the manager on the phone, we were told we were out of luck and that the money would be returned to our account in a couple of days. However, the money was never returned and corporate headquarters has not returned our calls. If you choose to do business with Eastside Subway, be prepared to be ripped off eventually. Overall, this company provides poor service and should be avoided.

Actually didn't even eat. Was standing in line and noticed the ham and turkey were completely diffrent . Shaved in squares and they looked gross. Have to say pretty sad display of quality .

The restaurant had a lack of personal touch in their service. When I got home, I discovered that someone else's sauce from a sandwich had spilled onto my foot. The staff made sure to press down on my sandwich with dirty hands and a dirty knife. Despite my concerns, I still paid for my meal. The younger man working there mentioned the importance of food safety. I suggest they improve their cleanliness and hygiene practices to avoid negative experiences in the future.
