Subway - Mason City

I wanted to go to Subway for the third time, only to drive there and discover that the employees had decided to close early. This was the second time this had happened, as the last time I ate there they closed at 8pm. They even turned off the lights while I was still inside and locked the door behind me. Subway really needs to update their hours online because they are never open until 9pm.

We had a coupon that clearly stated it could be used in-store or online. When we tried to use it in-store, the cashier had trouble inputting the code and the manager insisted it could only be used online. We showed him where it said it could be used in-store as well. However, he claimed they wouldn't receive points or credit for it and wouldn't be reimbursed, so we had to place an online order to use the coupon.

I placed an order through an app and it was ready for pick up when I arrived. The bread was freshly baked, and the sandwich was customized to my liking. I opted for extra vegetables, and they were added generously, surpassing my expectations compared to a typical store order.

Ethan is hands down the most attractive young sandwich artist. He excels at his job and is excellent at interacting with customers. His wrap-making skills are top-notch!

I cannot praise Austin enough! He provided the best service with a smile that I have ever experienced at a Subway. He was working so hard and efficiently, making delicious sandwiches. Austin definitely knows how to serve with speed and quality.
