Írjon visszajelzéstThe cashier was nice, but ladies who were making foods were kind of rude. I got a text notification that my food was ready, but it wasn’t ready when I headed to the counter. I had to wait for an extra few minutes standing there.
Incredibly overpriced. Go to an actual, nice restaurant for the same price. When a small cup (not bowl) of soup is $7.50, something has gone very wrong.
There is no one other than us in the restaurant and still we had to wait for 20 mins for the food over the counter. Only 1 lady was working and she is working very slow. The quantities served are crazy small. The breakfast is like a small bite and had to order couple items to be satisfied and it costs more than going to firstwatch. I’ll prefer not to go again here.
Ordered soup on line. They did not have baguette so substituted Apple. Bread is in their name you think they could of offered a different bread. Not sure if anyone has ever dipped an apple in french onion soup? Not a good combination.
I recently had an exceptionally disappointing experience with the Panera located in Deerfield, and I felt compelled to share my unfortunate encounter.I placed an order for 15 sandwiches via Panera's website from this Panera location, for an executive meeting. I was supposed to receive my order at 11, and it was not there. I called Panera to ask and they told me that door dash had picked up the order and that once it was picked up, they were not responsible for the order anymore. As a PANERA customer, not door dash customer, I felt that they needed to help me resolve the issue. However, the manager's response was far from what one would expect in a customer-centric business. Instead of showing any willingness to take responsibility or provide assistance, the manager immediately shifted the blame to DoorDash, insisting that they were not responsible for my order. She instructed me to contact DoorDash directly and abruptly hung up the phone. This experience was not only frustrating but also incredibly disappointing. As a customer, I expected a basic level of courtesy and willingness to address a problem, especially one caused by the store's miscommunication with DoorDash. The manager's lack of accountability and dismissive behavior left me feeling unheard and undervalued as a customer. In the future, I hope that Panera Deerfield can reevaluate its customer service practices to ensure that customers are treated with respect and that their concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. This experience has left a lasting negative impression, and I am hesitant to patronize this location in the future.I believe that customer feedback is essential for the improvement of any establishment, and I sincerely hope that Panera Deerfield takes this feedback seriously and works to improve its customer service standards.
