I haven't tried my caprese sandwich yet, but it looks and smells great. I also received both of my bananas, which isn't always the case. My salad looks good too, and I even found a lovely note apologizing for using foil instead of a plastic lid. That didn't bother me at all; in fact, it was a nice touch. I've been in a similar situation before and understand how things can happen. Overall, I think they've done an excellent job.
