Very rude staff and boss is very rude for my pregnant wife. I want to escalate because I don't take any trouble.

The server didn't even use gloves to give me pretzel sticks and looked gross I was very disgusted by the service I received I am not buying AA ever again.

A nice young man helped me during this ordeal, but then a woman pulled him aside and gave him orders. I can't help but feel that her actions could have impacted the quality of the milkshake.

Everything was fresh and hot, and the staff was very friendly.
