I've been struggling for a year to get my prescriptions set up for automatic text message notifications. The drive-thru staff tells me one thing, while the people on the phone tell me something different. They all assure me that it’s been taken care of, but here I am, still unable to receive a simple text message - a service they offer! It seems like no one really understands how it works, which just leaves the customer confused. I’m extremely disappointed with this aspect of the pharmacy! I'm not sure why it's so complicated, especially since they themselves provide this service.

I'm over the moon pleased with the birthday cake I recieved. It was an under the sea theme. It was for my granddaughters 4th birthday and that was the birthday party theme of her choice. I just cannot say enough pleasant things of how very satisfied I am. It was gorgeous and she was so happy. Kudos giant Eagle in Massillon Ohio....

I had a frustrating experience at the store today. They wouldn't let me pay for my groceries unless I pulled my mask all the way over my nose. The supervisor and security got involved. I explained that I have COPD and can’t breathe well with my nose covered, but they insisted that I had to follow their policy and wear the mask properly. I ended up telling them to keep the groceries because I won’t be coming back. Is this really how things are supposed to work in America?
