Sand - Mastic Beach

Sand Bar is the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a few cold beers. While it may be a dive bar, it has a welcoming atmosphere. The bar features a jukebox, pool tables, darts, and even a bowling game, all without the usual concerns that come with dive bars—it's quite safe here. The bartenders are friendly and always up for a good chat. I've had the pleasure of getting to know the family that owns and operates Sand Bar; they're truly lovely people, and I've shared many laughs with them. If you're looking to relax and make some new friends, definitely stop by the Sand Bar. You won't regret it!

This place is a great dive bar, and during my visit, there was a food truck parked outside. I enjoyed a bottle of Heineken and treated myself to a hot pretzel from the food truck.

The bartender, Mia, was very friendly. It was my first time at the restaurant, and I really enjoyed the nice atmosphere.

I had a great time at the bar during Memorial Day weekend. I didn't try any food, but the atmosphere was really relaxed and enjoyable.

The venue includes amenities such as an ATM, arcade games including card games and a dartboard, multiple TVs of different sizes, a pool table, and a TouchTunes jukebox. It boasts ample interior space, making it great for mid-sized groups, and there’s outdoor seating for those who enjoy fresh air or smoke breaks. There is a unisex restroom available for both men and women, though it's located right next to the bar area. Overall, The Sand Bar has a fun and relaxed atmosphere that’s definitely worth a visit.
