I?d rate this a 0 star if I could. Every time I go to this location, there?s always a drive thru line backed up onto the road, and the have the inside closed. Your order is almost never right. I was told that everything was in the bag, half my order was missing. When you ask for cream cheese bagel, they put hardly any on. I got hash browns one time and they gave me frozen ones. I will not be going here no more. They need to hire new people who work accordingly. Every time I came here, everyone is standing around talking and gossiping. One chick even touched her face and hair then tried handing me my food. This place is gross.

I am frustrated that this restaurant does not offer walk-in service and I had to come in person to find out. Additionally, they did not have enough staff to manage the service and I had to wait in the drive-thru for 30 minutes. Other Dunkin' locations I have visited turn off the service if walk-in is not available.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS LOCATION. They regularly lock the doors and run drive thru only. However, they still offer the option for in-store pick up.

This restaurant is ridiculous - they got my drink order wrong three times. Although they eventually refunded my order, one employee started cursing at me when I complained. When I asked to speak to a manager and make a formal complaint, the store manager simply walked away. This place desperately needs new management. On top of that, they were gossiping about other customers in front of everyone. This is the worst restaurant I've ever been to, and I will make sure to leave them the worst review possible.

The cashier was completely clueless. They incorrectly entered my order as a hot coffee first, then added a bunch of things I didn't ask for and overcharged me for it all! The service was incredibly slow, with everyone just standing around doing nothing. I would recommend going elsewhere. If I wanted to pay over 5 dollars for coffee, I would go to Starbucks where at least it tastes right and there are no hidden fees. I would give zero stars if I could.
