Perkins Bakery - Matamoras

On our travels homeward we stopped for lunch. We decided to try your restaurant.What a pleasant experience. Our waitress was very sweet and friendly. Our brunch meal was delicious. We Sat at a window and enjoyed seeing the hustle and bustle of the local residents. Thank you for this homey experience.R and D SteelePEI Canada

Been a long fan of Perkins, but today I'm going to say goodbye. They charged me $2.50 for toast, didnt even tell me it's an up charge, I naturally thought it came with the meal. And the my iron skillet didnt even come in a heated iron. The utensils was dirty, and server said they had a water problem, (so it was known but not addressed). And after it got rewashed, she came back just throw it on the table. The restaurant wasn't even busy, I was surprised by it. Paid $21 for a lower quality meal that used to be amazing. Probably not ever going to come back.

The food was a little overpriced for the quality it's almost like microwave food like Somethin 15 year olds would cook it doesn't really have that home cooked feel the waitress was kind of pushy and took it offensively when I mentioned the price didn't even fill my coffee up so right before I was ready to leave other than that there's not much around take what you can get.
