Dibari's Main Street Pizza - Matawan

I really want to give this restaurant a five-star rating, but I've ordered from DiBari twice in the last two weeks, and both times my order was incorrect. It's disappointing because the food is tasty, but consistency is crucial, especially since I have food allergies. The young lady confirmed my order both times, yet they still got it wrong. I used to love this place, but now it seems I’ll have to look for another pizza shop. I hope that in the near future they can hire staff who can follow instructions more accurately.

The Sicilian cake is fantastic—definitely the best I've ever had, and it's a must-try. It features perhaps the finest crust I've encountered: light, fluffy, and perfectly crunchy at the same time.

Service is slow and rude, food is quite average for the area, place is not very well maintained and quite dirty. Consistently late for takeover orders/deliveries. Wouldn't recommend. Denino?s to 34 is 10x better.

Tryed the Verde court from the Köchen specialties. Spinach fatuccine tasted homemade, sauce was savory full of taste. They darkened the grilled chicken. Delightful Parm Paprika Dressing. Instant favorite!

This restaurant serves the best sandwiches in the area! The focaccia bread is freshly made, and the eggplant is peeled, sliced thin, and lightly fried to perfection – simply amazing. The grilled chicken sandwich with roasted peppers and mozzarella is absolutely delicious. The staff here are incredibly friendly and take great pride in preparing authentic Italian food. If you're hungry, I highly recommend ordering from this restaurant – it's that good!
