HORRIBLE SERVICE. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF As we were getting out of the car, a guard told us that we can wait inside the car (as we were parked right outside the door), and that there is still a line. We asked what number we were, he said we are the first in line. we clarified if we had to write our names or get a number. He said there's no need as he knows we are waiting. After around 5 minutes, we saw a group approach the vicinity of the restaurant and just enter the door. A second guard just let them inside, so we got out of our car and asked again about the line. This 2nd guard was very stern with us and said that there is no line and that he does not have power over what's happening inside. The first guard approached us, checked inside and assured us that our table is just being cleaned. We decided to just wait outside the door as the place was fully packed. After around 10 minutes, a big group suddenly went inside (the guard didn't stop them) and just sat at the table that was being cleaned for us. I approached the waiter, who told them to sit there, that we were waiting for that table as per instructions of their own staff. The entire group hasn't even sat down yet and they haven't ordered but the staff told us to just sit down and wait for another table. I asked why he let another group sit first when we've been waiting for so long. His only answer was that we can wait for another table. Such a waste of time.

Very rude. The guard said when parking is held, wait first. He's the one who talked to the staff inside, told us to clean the table. We waited outside. There were other customers who came only to be let in by another guard. We followed because we might be ahead. Talked to the crew and they said we should wait. All the customers who have come have not yet sat down, have not ordered yet, but even though we were first and had been waiting outside for a while, we were the ones to wait for another table to be available. wow Never going here again.
