Red Lobster Matteson

I want to start off with the positive…our server was amazing. He was a young man and tended to our needs and requests. We tipped him very well for his hard work. Now for the not so positive…When we arrived, we waiting at the bar to have a drink. The bar was covered with plates, glasses, and dirty napkins needed to be bused. There was only one bartender and she was doing her best to make drinks for the bar and seated guest. My friend moved the used dishes and ordered drinks. Per the server, the menu isn’t current. They no longer serve the Shrimp Rangoon. They also only provide one side vs two sides, which is offered on the menu. I was extremely disappointed that the salads are no longer included with the meal…you have to pay an additional $2.50. The booth bench seats were torn and raggedy. Red Lobster use to be a go to a quick meal. Very disappointing.

Daveda is an absolute rockstar. She could rub the entire Red Lobster chain. She’s truly next level and extremely kind.

We wanted not expensive yet good seafood. Red Lobster is a great choice. I would definitely go in the 3-4 time slot gain. There was no waiting. Service was excellent!

Staff friendly and attentive. Food hot and way I ordered it.

The server was great The food was okay a little crazy for what it was $130 don't think it was worth it husband got lobster and a steak and I got the fried special coleslaw taste like vinegar and I know I got fried food but it all tastes the same you wouldn't be able to tell the difference between the fish and scallops breading was way thick I really only tasted breading sorry
