Chipotle Mexican Grill - Matthews

The portion sizes for deliveries are consistently disappointing. I always order double steak, but they often serve me what feels like only half. Paying $18 for rice and cheese is frustrating. To make matters worse, a staff member mentioned that when they have larger portions for some customers, they deliberately give smaller portions to others. If I could, I would give them zero stars.

For me, the presentation of a dish is just as important as its taste. When I received my order, the side of the bag was wet for some reason, and when I got home, I noticed something dripping out of my pocket. Upon opening the bag, I discovered the cause: my burrito bowl had been placed sideways in the pocket, causing it to spill. This was very disappointing. I’m giving it three stars because the taste of the food was decent, and the other two items I ordered looked excellent.

I'm in the industry and understand the fights in recent years. I worked on a point for this brand so I can understand more. Unfortunately, this place has fallen rapidly after my visit. Cleanliness, standards, food quality everything. From Guacamole, black beans, Fajita-Veggies at 1130? A young man works at noon, a POS tries to help the line while people with gloves, an online, a barbecue guy without headgear. Randomly a manager who seemed to do to try things prep would be his head on the ground.

This place has gone down hill very fast. Employees don?t even care anymore. The restaurant was dirty. Seems like management wasn?t there. Customer service was horrible. Had to ask for my food to be done twice because the meat was burnt.

Terrible I got 4 pieces of steak which were burnt and dried out on my entire burrito with no fajitas. My amount of steak in the burrito is at the top right of the pic. My wife got a bowl with majority of corn Guac with rice the tiniest bit of steak which is also missing fajitas. Just absurd!
