After going directly to the store to resolve the issue, I was told I needed to contact Door Dash, as they handle their deliveries (even though I ordered directly from the restaurant's website). No problem—I called Door Dash, and the representative said they would have my order delivered by 10:00. However, I received one incorrect item and one that was completely missing. I spent about an hour on the phone with Door Dash, only to be told that they would only redeliver the missing item and would not remake or deliver the incorrect one. I'm very disappointed because my kids love pizza from this place, and so do I. I won't be ordering from here again, as I felt they were not prepared to help. Now, I also have to wait to be contacted for a refund for the wrong and missing items.
I visited this restaurant for nostalgic reasons, but it turned out to be a disappointing experience. The manager argued with us just to get some shredded cheese for our salad and pasta. The place wasn't even crowded, yet there was trash scattered all over the floor—pizza crusts, plastic, and stains—along with an unpleasant odor coming from the main dining area. When I was younger, I had a lot of respect for the CiCi chain, but it seems to have gone downhill. Overall, it's a sad excuse for a pizza place. I hope things improve.
My daughter really enjoys going to this restaurant. It's clearly designed with children in mind. However, an improved salad bar would be a great addition for adults. They are very accommodating when it comes to customizing your pizza, which is fantastic. The food is always fresh, and I appreciate that the staff consistently works hard to keep the dining area clean.
We came here with 8 people for my son's birthday. When we arrived, the employee told us that the beverage machine did not work and we had only to drink lemonade and power aid. I then asked if we could have a discount for the drinks, as our options were few. Before the employee could ask him, he immediately said no in a hard tone. I then asked why he said he wouldn't. I asked again and he said it wasn't fair for the others. Then said that I had a party of 8 or more and that we really want to eat here, we can only get water, then he said you were paying.50 cents. I then said, sir, we can get a cup of water, he said no we don't have any water you need to buy the water. He was very dismissed and rude. The only reason I stayed was that my son really wanted to eat there. What really upset us after we only paid for our meal, we noticed the other people who happened to have become Caucasian to say cups of water unnecessary, we WON? T's back for bad customer service.
We thought the whole chain had shut down and never come back. Honestly they came back better than ever. The crust is an actual pizza crust now and not just cardboard with cheese and sauce. Cannot wait to come back.
