Hibachi Buffet Grill - Matthews

The food is good but the place itself is very dirty, staff don't really care and the hibachi cooks do not change gloves and I didn't see anyone wiping anything down while I was there, only would go back because the food taste good.

The food was average American Chinese Buffet food. Nothing sets it apart from any other Chinese buffet in Charlotte other than the fact that it is likely the biggest buffet in Charlotte.The wait staff appeared overwhelmed. It was incredibly busy. (Sunday afternoon) The restaurant was clean, and the bathrooms were clean. The Koi in the fountain is a nice touch. IMO, just your average Chinese buffet.

Food was good, constant rotation. Even saved room for ice cream.

Little kids running around at the food area and food dipping.In other words not parents watching and they were dipping in the ice cream and eating it there .Nasty for sure

Super clean, great atmosphere, amazing staff, incredible food!! Everything was absolutely perfect!! Gloves at every serving table make it easy to protect yourself when making your plate, staff all wearing masks properly, tables skipped so seating keeping us at safe distances. Will be back very soon!!We went tonight with our family from our of town and we were very disappointed. The food wasn't fresh enough.
