Qdoba Mexican Eats - Matthews

Absolutely disgusting! I ordered a bowl and about half way through eating it I pull a fly off of my fork. I go back for a refund and not a single apology or care was given for their disgusting actions. While waiting for my refund I saw that they have a very low sanitation rate. This place needs a new team that takes cleanliness seriously because this is ridiculous. I am absolutely sick to my stomach right now. I will not be back.

Low atmosphere rating as there was a young man seated with an employee on his lunch break that was taping in the restaurant. Surf and turf bowls are our go to Howe they were out of the surf part on our last two visits.

If i could put no stars i WOULD. i originally go to this qdoba all the time, but today i noticed how low the sanitation rating was, a 93. I work in the food industry so that’s pretty low for me. there was a COCKROACH the size of my hand on the GLASS that was on the food side. i was horrified. i was screaming of pure terror. never going back. i also took a picture.

Went in Qdoba while out shopping and I must say the one in Matthews seems to be 10x better than the others I’ve visited. I really like when ppl actually smile while making your order if that makes sense nowadays lol the manager Chris was very nice and I let him know his crew was very welcoming when I walked in as well as himself so he must be doing something right lol!

Love this location! The staff that served us were so friendly and efficient. Our food was perfect too.
