Always sold out popular drink!unfriendly and busy.Ask Venti cup because I add coldform and shot to grande but they gave always less than Grande size!Hey! I paid for the grande and extra shot and form! You should give me at least I paid for.This is the only location where wants to give less than ordered size near Charlotte.Check out other locations!I hope we have another starucks near Matthews! This location earns money because the customer has no option to go other nearby!

Food cold. I’ve gone back multiple times to get my food remade. Not only that i pay extra for extra caramel and extra mocha. I barely get any caramel or i get nothing at all. Do better this is disappointing for the price. so disappointing
