Írjon visszajelzéstThe prices listed on the in-store menu do not match what you actually get charged. When I asked, an employee who mentioned they were the manager explained that the menu prices are incorrect and that there's nothing they could do about it. I decided to cancel my order and leave.
Worst KFC. Non existent customer service. Bathroom stench hits you before you open the door. Chicken probably criminally undercooked. Go to the express convenience store next door, buy a bag of cheap frozen chicken, take it home, cook it, and enjoya cheaper meal without the food poisoning.
After going in 3 times to get my food corrected after sitting in the drive thru for 10 mins with no one answering they still managed to get the food wrong
The girl who took my order at the drive-thru was quite rude. Whenever I ordered an item, she'd just ask, "Is that all?" As I continued to place my order, she repeated the same question each time. On the other hand, the young man who handled my payment was very friendly. When the girl finally returned my card, she practically tossed my order at me and crumpled up my receipt, throwing it down without even making eye contact or saying a word.
I reached my breaking point when I ordered two items and neither of them were in the bag once I got home. The side dishes were correct, but both entrees were missing! This is the worst restaurant in town. They’ve lost me as a customer for good! I’m not joking—just ask Papa John's how often I’ve ordered from them in the last 20 years! If you disappoint me, you lose my business for life.
