Írjon visszajelzéstThe hours listed on the door and their website indicate that they open at 5 AM. I chose to visit for breakfast on Thursday, November 10, 2022, but when I arrived at 6:20 AM, they were still closed. Although there were lights on inside, the main sign and the menu were not illuminated. The same situation occurred again on Friday, November 11. Out of curiosity, I drove by again today and saw the same result. Unfortunately, I can’t comment on their customer service or food since they're not open.
The drive-thru is operational, but I was informed via the intercom that it wasn’t. There’s nothing displayed at the ordering bar. The manager was taking orders, and I was the only customer. The other staff members were just hanging around, not doing much. The manager's attitude was unfriendly, and while the food came out quickly, it didn’t meet expectations. I wasn’t given any silverware. Overall, it was a terrible experience—absolutely awful. They really need to rethink the whole operation!
So I came here with my son, we went through the drive-thru with my boyfriend in the car in front of me. I ordered a Cajun filet biscuit combo with a sweet tea, a kids supreme meal and two Bo-berry biscuits. They told me my order was $35. So I obviouslyknew that the order was messed up. I get to the window to explain what I had ordered and was asked that I didn?t order 4 Cajunfilet biscuit meals and I said no. The manager came to the window and said I heard you say 4 and the car in front of you paidfor your food anyways. I explained the car in front wasn?t a stranger it?s my boyfriend. I only needed the two meals andBo-berry biscuits. They shut the window and didn?t bring up the mishap again, at this point I just wanted what was paid for. Istill ended up only receiving one sweet tea instead of the 3 that were purchased. I?ve never been so frustrated or seen an issuehandled so inadequately. I live across the street so it?s convenient and I love bojangles but I won?t be coming back, at leastnot to this specific location. Very disappointing.
I frequent this location as I live nearby. 9 times out of 10 my order is wrong. They read it back correctly, the receipt is correct but I get home and the order is almost always wrong. Today was no exception...my side was wrong and my dipping sauce. ijust don't get it. I know this location is busy but the customer service is lacking and they need to double check the orders. Amistake here and there is acceptable but not every time I go there! Also, there is no reason why this location should be closingso early!
The food is decent, but I'd recommend finding another location. The hours are a bit odd, and it seems like the staff is more focused on closing up by 7 PM than on ensuring your order is correct. I really enjoy Bo's, but not at this particular spot.
