Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Mauldin

I had just gone to a DQ in California 2 weeks ago, and the burger meat there was fabulous. Juicy, tasty, anything that makes a good burger patty great. The burger patties here look and taste like they came from a frozen ball park bag in the grocery store, but worse. I think a frozen ball park burger patty has more taste than the pattys here. Service was great, everything else was perfect, just the most plain tasting, dry, no seasoning, no char patty.

Got a snickers blizzard paid $1 more for extra candy. Got a literal empty blizzard. Only chocolate ice cream on the top and vanilla on the bottom and it was half empty for $7?!?! Go to another DQ.

I came through the drive through today and realized I had gotten shorted on my fries in my basket by a little. I walked in the store and requested it be filled and they politely obliged and even gave me extra. The manager Charles was very kind and had a great attitude, even taking the mistake as an oppurtunity to show his staff the proper amount that goes in each basket. Very kind staff and great food!
