My latest visit to this restaurant was quite disappointing. I waited 25 minutes for four items, one of which was just a drink. When my order finally arrived, my five-layer dish had barely any beef and no cheese at all. They certainly put a lot of sour cream on it, though. I used to really enjoy this place back when I was a sophomore in high school, and I hope they can make some improvements.
