Subway - Mayfield Heights

The owner made my daughter's pretzel without washing his hands. He also ask her to pay b4 the food was done, touched the money and didn't wash his hands. Absolutely, unsanitary. I won't go back, but may God bless you anyways.

This Subway is a difficult one for me to rate. On the one hand the customer service is excellent. The Manager/Owner was extremely helpful and friendly. Vastly exceeded expectations. On the down side two basic expectations I have for EVER Subway were NOT met... Firstly I expect all ingredients to be ripe and fresh. Sadly the green peppers were almost yellow. Secondly, a courtesy that is extended at every other location was not here is free water from the soda fountain.

Not my first Rodeo at Subways.Same Sub Sandwich I purchased here is 10% higher than Sub Shop in Beachwood near Giant Eagle. ....Don't care for owner's narcissistic/self centered-like, personality who also measured/cherry picked all condiments. only 2 choices of cheese,

If you are in a bad mood, stop by and grab a sandwich. The guy behind the counter is awesome and will have you smiling in no time. Funny guy with awesome customer service.

Very dirty place , I do not recomend to eat there .
