Írjon visszajelzéstHow I went on my work break from thr hospital. I ordered a 6 wing combo and waited over 30 minutes for 6 wings. People that ordered in line after me had big bags of food and they were coming and going. After all that time the cashier said that they were about to drop my 6 wings! His excuse was they were busy since 5 but it was almost 10 o clock and I had wasted my entire break waiting only to leave empty handed. I been on this earth 30 years and I have never experienced worst!!!

When I finally got home to eat my food, the chicken was fine, but there was four curly strands of hair deep inside my fries. I actually wasn't paying attention and ate the fries and that's when I realized I ate a hand full of hair. I was disgusted of course it was late but they weren't close and no one answered the phone: when I was in the establishment I sat there waiting on my food and the phone rang off the hook with no answer. This Wingstop use to be my favorite
I ordered 8 wings extra crispy combo. I was told it would be 20 minutes, so I waited.Wings were pink inside and fries were dark& cold.I wish I could attach a picture.
This was a delivery. When I arrived, I was greeted by a crew member. She was very friendly and helpful, though she was sitting down.As I waited for my order, I looked around the place, checking out the decor. As I went to sit on a bench, I looked at the crew member in the kitchen, cooking the food. Underneath the stove was disgusting, there were napkins and food all over the floor and it was very unsanitary.I remember thinking, why would anyone order food from this wingstop location?This location would never pass a health inspection, I hope they clean it up, it's in a prime location to make . After posting this review, I went back to read other reviews, and found to my amazement, that neither management, nor owner had anything to say, other than to contact them via email, and they would take care of you.Not sure what that means, but I hope the owner makes some positive changes and turns his franchise around.
