For all the coffee lovers in Newcastle or visiting the area, this is the spot to relax and enjoy some single origin coffee beans. The Guatemalan blend is fantastic! They also serve delicious toasted sandwiches. The attention to detail in this place is impressive, from the clean beakers for water to the equipment used to make the coffee just right. Each batch of coffee is carefully weighed and the milk temperature is monitored with a digital machine. You can tell it's a special place when they don't even have sugar sachets available - it's all about the coffee and beans here. The owner, Hamish, and the staff, Sofia and Nick, provide top-notch customer service. Overall, this place gets a perfect 10 for both the coffee and the service.

Wow! Having just joined the neighborhood and a lover of a fine cup of coffee, have only heard good things and today my first cup did not disappoint. Smooth creamy full of flavour 10/10 from me. Thank you guys, glad I've joined the Mayfield fold.
