It is a very comfortable hotel with a very efficient service in the restaurant.
It's expensive, for the infrastructural that you have, some rooms have hot water others no, lack customer service, the only thing in favor is your location, your parking, but I think you have potential to improve, I hope someday improve!
There is no reception at check-in, there are no towels and/or paper when you enter, the air conditioning is not working, the pool is not working, they do not provide shampoo only soap (they do it to much easier places), lack of maintenance to the facilities
In relation to very hygienic comfortable beds only the air conditioning did not serve the light of the room very opaque noy there is hot water
