NM Cafe at Neiman Marcus - Tyson's Corner

This is the second time that I tried the caffe in our post covid world. it was always a popular place to lunch, relax and eat delicious food. both experiences were terrible, but yesterday it wasn't terrible. we sat (with two babys) for minutes and no one came to the table, even to say we will be with them. the manager finally took a drink order, but we did not get these drinks for a few minutes. the manager then took our food order. the food arrived about minutes later. my hummerbisque was crowned. the chicken salad tasted days old. it was not edible. we heard the apologies, short staff, COVID related delays, etc. if they do not have the personal and cannot provide the service, do not take the reservations! such a disappointing experience.

Very nice ambiente for a cozy lunch at the weekend. the food was very enjoyed and the service was excellent. Thank you.

Our server was pleasant and very helpful. the food was very delicious and we enjoyed our first time there.

Food was ok but service was quite poor. Waitress seemed out of it and distracted.

Enjoyed our lunch very much at NM. I wish they offered other salad choices that don’t have kale in them .
