Kfc - McAlester

I ordered the chicken potato bowl and the spicy chicken sandwich, both of which were excellent as usual. The drive-thru service was quick and the food tasted just like it does in the restaurant. I am a big fan of KFC and always have a fantastic experience there.

I had to drive to this restaurant. Unfortunately, they do not have indoor dining available. I have driven there multiple times because the website indicated that they were open. They should specify that only the drive-thru is open. I have called several times to inquire about dining options, but they do not answer the phone.

It took thirty minutes to navigate through the drive-thru, and then an additional 15 minutes to receive my food. They also managed to spill my drink in the bag and forgot some items from my order. To make matters worse, the manager was very rude and unfriendly. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I ordered an 8 piece extra crispy all dark and I was told it would take a while and I could not all dark, I ask why she said because, so I went somewhere else

Lobby was closed... Sat in drive thru 20+ minutes..Order was wrong.. Famous Bowl had over fried chicken..
