I used to think my abuela made the best tamales around. Sorry grandma, you've been outdone. Delia's tamales are in a league of their own. I drive all the way from Corpus Christi for them.
Had the menudo for the first time. It was actually really good. Not too greasy and flavorful. Of course i had to get some tamales to go. Come Check them out if youre new or travelling thru McAllen, you wont be disappointed.
Everything was very nice and the staff was very friendly.
Good tamales which is what they are known for but they just don't taste like they used to...
