Prime Steak Seafood - McAllen

Had a decent experience last weekend. Was the first time we needed a reservation to sit, but could sit in the entire service bar. Mistkerl, soup took a good 45mins to come, while the main course took an hour to get out and then the page was forgotten. It was not appropriate, but should know when you have regular orders not-stop drinks. We fell on the back burner in the service for drinks. Server/Bar channels apologise for the delay, but not also tries to notify Manager or Atleast for the extended delays. Food was great and it should be for the price, but service fell great time this culinary experience.

Friday at 18:30, no reservation. We could sit at a table near the bar. Hostess gave the impression that reservations are preferred. Beautiful and modern restaurant. Service was great, friendly and helpful. Free bread was delicious! Had the cucumbers basil mule, which was quite good, refreshing. The seabass ordered, delicious! Definitely it would order again. For dessert we had the cream brulee, which was light and beautiful. The only small cone would be that there is a drink that uses the effect of smoke. The restaurant becomes smokey when the night goes on, which was not good for my allergies, but I am sure not affecting most people.

Perfect for romantic dinner or casual meeting! Great ambience, friendly service very attentive, excellent wine card and full bar, and perfect steaks and entrees! We enjoyed each time! No disappointment here! Very recommended.

First time visiting and we will definitely be back. The food was delicious. This can definitely be a 5 star restaurant the staff just needs a little training in fine dining service?

One of the best if not the best restaurant on this end of town. Never disappoints, I?ve had several off the menu requests. Love dining at the bar when solo because Miguel always makes sure my drinks keep coming and my food is delivered just as I expect. Don?t ever miss the opportunity to join them for your dinner or special occasions. They also have the best Filet Wellington in town, that can be paired with one of their premium cabs.
