Holiday Inn Express Suites Mccall, An Ihg

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! THEY DENIED US BECAUSE WE HAVE AN EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMAL! WHICH IS HIGHLY ILLEGAL BEING AS IT'S PROTECTED BY THE FHA,ADA, AND MORE. BUT THEY DIDN'T CARE!I drove 125 miles each way to go there from Nampa, ID for 5 RV Washes, as I own a Mobile detailing company. I scheduled the room before I drove out there and made sure to bring up the support animal, which they told me wasn't an issue. After driving 3 hours and 125 miles, I get there just to be RUDELY turned away because of our support animal which we have ALL of the paperwork to verify he's a legitimate emotional support animal and is protected by 3 different federal acts, but they didn't care about that either. So now 3 hours from home, and being that I just paid $300+ for a one night stay that I can't have, I now have to find somewhere else to stay with my 8 year old son, my wife and our dog.So lucky I had enough money to cover another hotel room since I'd be waiting for my money back from them for 7-10 days. Yeah I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! They should be SHUT DOWN!I will be filling a complaint with the state as well.

I needed to be in McCall last minute for the death of a friend. Was able to book for just one night. It felt like home. Comfortable , inviting lobby. Was able to check in early, needed rest after a sleepless night . Kind woman that helped me at the front desk, I wish I had her name. Room was lovely, quite large! I appreciated the fridge, complimentary coffee/tea. There was a microwave as well! I could imagine myself there with family for a fun w/e of skiing in the winter or summer fun. There was a nice breakfast available (not too fancy) but just enough. Super close to town. Overall: warm, homey, clean, felt like home Absolutely recommend

Rooms are very clean comfortable beds nice pillows. Staff is very friendly It was a good breakfast. Will stay there again. We haven't for a long time. This motel worth the extra money.
