Incahoots Bbq And Catering - MCCALL

Yum I just absolutely loved all the items we chose from the bbq menu!!!! We ordered extra to make chicken salad, nachoes, chilaquiles and more everything was so delicious, including the berry spinach salad and coleslaw I highly recommend this caterer for your next meal or special event.

Overall, great. Marionberry cider was fantastic. Brisket was wonderful. Pulled pork was a little dry for my taste, but no less delicious with some BBQ sauce. The sampler platter is more than enough to feed two!

Bridget and her team at Incahoots are some of the most beautiful people we've ever met. We used to book with Incahoots without ever making a tasting; their energy and mind coupled with a few recommendations from close friends was all we needed. When we finally tasted the food for our wedding day, we were thoroughly blown away. Every ounce of food is delicious and every ounce of energy that comes from Bridget and her team is beautiful and wonderful. We had Incahoots both our trial dinner and our reception; it was without problems dependent on food restrictions and has always kept our best interest in it. You can't go wrong with Incahoots, every morsel is delicious and all that Bridget brings to the table is literally and figurative is beautiful!

We used Incahoots BBQ Catering for our small wedding reception. Due to COVID, we had a small event and weren't able to have a fully catered event. However, Incahoots was the PERFECT option for us, as Bridget offered great pricing and a drop off service as well. Everything arrived hot and perfectly on time despite the snowy roads... not to mention the food was delicious! Highly recommend the Tri Tip and Chicken it was devoured. Can't go wrong with Incahoots for YOUR event!

Our daughter was married in McCall in March. The wedding was quickly put together and from afar (we are from Michigan). Bridget was absolutely amazing from the very start. She was super friendly and easy to work with. Even though Incashoots specializes in BBQ, do not think this is a caterer for carnivores only. We had a few vegans as guests and Bridget offered some delicious options for them. All of the entrees and sides, salads and desserts were outstanding! She was so professional and helpful every step of the way. I would recommend her without hesitation and look forward to visiting the restaurant the next time we are in McCall.
