Írjon visszajelzéstIf I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. I went there for breakfast and clearly stated to the woman taking our order that we wanted sausage and cheese biscuits. Instead, we received bacon sandwiches. We also ordered sausage and gravy biscuits, but when she added the gravy to the biscuit and wrapped it up, it spilled everywhere when we opened it. I would never return, even in a pinch.
This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. The woman at the drive-thru was unwelcoming and it was obvious she was having a tough day, openly displaying her frustration. There was no greeting, no smile, not even a simple thank you or an invitation to return. People with this attitude shouldn’t be in customer service roles. Her attitude, combined with the poor quality of my food, made it clear that I won’t be coming back. The owner of this location should consider sending their staff to Chick-fil-A to learn how to treat customers properly and how to serve food correctly.
I had a disappointing experience at Wendy's recently. An employee accidentally served me only a small piece of lettuce instead of my order. I should have walked out when I saw how dirty the lobby floor was, but I saw their restaurant score of 96 and thought it would be alright. Unfortunately, the Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe was underwhelming. I suppose you get what you pay for, and I won't be returning anytime soon.
I went to the restaurant with one of my kids. Our orders were taken quickly, and our food was served even before we finished making our drinks. I also made sure to pick up a Strawberry Frosty for my wife. Overall, it was a great experience, especially given how busy it was.
I walked into the restaurant and waited at the counter for about five minutes. I was the only person there ready to place an order, while a few others were waiting for their meals. Not a single employee acknowledged my presence or indicated that they would assist me shortly. After a while, I decided to leave and went to Chick-fil-A instead, where I faced a longer line but received service in just two minutes. I usually enjoy Wendy's, but this particular location has consistently let me down. I’m not sure whether it’s due to inadequate customer service training or if the staff is just unfriendly. I’ll be steering clear of this place from now on.
