My friend and I have experienced a troubling pattern on three separate occasions where we were shortchanged by exactly one dollar when paying with either a $20 or $50 bill. Even a friend of mine from Arthur had the same issue during his visit. On the latest incident, the employee tried to insinuate that I had taken the missing loonie and concealed it in order to scam the register. I had to turn my pockets inside out to demonstrate that I hadn't taken any change. An observant female employee then approached the male cashier and, thinking I couldn't read lips, said something like, "You've got to be more careful." More careful about what? Who you might be skimming money from? With the high volume of customers throughout the day, this little trick could add up to a significant amount over time. It's disheartening to see hard-working immigrants getting a bad reputation because of such behavior. These individuals seem to expect you to take your change without checking, tossing it into your pocket or an ashtray without a second thought. Do yourself a favor and double-check your change, especially when ordering coffee at this location.
Avoid trying to get a coffee inside at all cost. I heard people in line say they were waiting 20 min so I went through drive thru in 4 min.
Hands down the worst hot water masquerading as coffee I've never had, EVER! If you like terrible watered down coffee this is your place. Terrible, TERRIBLE coffee!
First, expect a long line up. Next, the orders came out incorrect, twice. All I wanted was a black, drip coffee. I don't know why milk was added both times.
Update: I received a call from a rather unfriendly woman at the restaurant who disputed my feedback about my experience. So not only do they serve stale coffee, but they also argue with customers about their concerns.
