Marble Slab Creamery - McKinney

Ordered through door dash. Got reassigned to 3 different dashers. I called to ask what was going on and hey hung up on me. Now 90 minutes later. Still no hope for ice cream

Device was quick it had very nice staff device is fast ice cream is delicious I would recommend for hot days or if your children want ice cream

Our family has been to this location multiple times. We went in tonight around 9:30. I have to say the customer service was horrible. The line only had 1 person in it when we arrived but grew right after. One of the young ladies was great, but the attitude and the poor display of professionalism from the other young lady was horrible. I refrained from saying anything as not to embarrass her. I can see that more training is needed.

Poor young girl working alone and can’t keep up. And I guess slap is not working well cuz ice cream melted fast

I got the mint chocolate chip waffle cone and it was so good! Way more variety than most places!
