Panera Bread - McKinney

My husband had a full sandwich, a small Mac and cheese and a drink. I had half sandwich, a small bowl of Mexican corn chowder and a bottled water. Total price was just over $40. My food was really good, but not worth paying $40 for 2 people to eat at a fast food place. The sandwich my husband got had horseradish sauce on it (which he didn't realize when he ordered), so he didn't like his sandwich. Not sure I'll ever come back simply because of the cost.

I had a great experience at Panera bread, one of my daughters is vegetarian and she asked for a Caprese baguette it was huge, it contained tomato, basil, green goddess dressing, mozzarella and arugula very healthy and fresh, my other daughter is not a big fan of vegetables so she asked for Mac and cheese bowl, they look pale and bland but very flavorful, and for me I did ask for Baja bowl with chicken it was packed with colorful flavor palette it was filling yet light… love it

I was disappointed with my recent visit to Panera Bread. The restaurant was very dirty, and the floors and tables looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. On top of that, the chicken chili I ordered was cold and lacked flavor. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but cleanliness and the temperature of the food should always be a priority. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves their service for future customers.

This is how we had a Margarita pizza with No Basil! Are you kidding us?! When you are going to the restaurant, you are expecting have a clean table!!! We always need to wipe out our table! So no service and high price! Not fair! will never come back there again! Nobody care about costumers!

I like this Panera but if you want to order at the counter you have to wait 5 minutes for a staff member to be available to help you. If you order at the kiosk you get assaulted but the air vent the entire time. Today the kiosks were really slow and kept freezing up on us too. Honestly the most miserable ordering experience I’ve had at this Panera to date. The food was still really good and the dining experience was good.
