I just need to say that Aleyda makes the bests moca Frappuccinos in this area. I went to different stores but nothing like this one! Thanks Aleyda I hope you can read this! You makes the bests ones because you add love on it it can’t be an other thing

I don 't think I 've ever complained about a Starbucks experience, but there 's a first time for everything. As I reached the bottom of my drink (I 'd ordered a toasted marshmallow latte with no whipped cream), I felt something definitely non liquid in my mouth...so I popped the lid and saw clusters of pink floating at the bottom of the cup. I looked at the label on the side to make sure they didn 't give me a raspberry or strawberry something or other, and I saw my order wasn 't toasted marshmallow at all it was a white mocha. Walked up to the counter and politely explained to the cashier that my order was incorrect (white mocha instead of toasted marshmallow) and appeared to contain some kind of fruit. I assured her that I am not allergic to fruit, but I wanted to make the staff aware because it could have been an issue for someone else. She asked me if I wanted a new drink or a refund. I said a refund would be okay, but I was really more concerned about making sure the staff was aware of the mix up. She turned to the (presumed) manager and asked him to speak with me. She didn 't fill him in on where we left off, so I re explained from the start. He interrupted me pretty early on to say they do not offer toasted marshmallow flavor. I order toasted marshmallow lattes throughout the holiday season, so I said so and expressed my confusion. He clarified that this particular retail location does not offer toasted marshmallow. I questioned, then, why the cashier who took my original order did not tell me the same but, instead, ordered a white mocha on my behalf. He glossed over that and said the pink clusters were not berries they are sprinkles. I asked why sprinkles were added when I 'd requested no whipped cream, and I was told Sprinkles are always included with a white mocha order. I reminded him that I did not order the white mocha, and I expressed confusion as to why I was asked whether I wanted whipped cream but not given the option to say no to sprinkles... He didn 't have an answer, and he didn 't offer any solution other than a new drink. I 'm caffeine sensitive, so no, I did not want a new drink. I would 've welcomed a refund in the form of a gift card or a simple apology for the mix up, but I could tell he wasn 't going to offer either. I 'm grateful that I 've never encountered an unfriendly Starbucks staff person up to this point. Today was an exception that I recognize as just that, but I won 't be back to this specific location.

Ordered a venti latte, this morning around 8:45 am. Got a hot cup of milk with barely any flavor. Never been to a Starbucks that ever did that. So I'm doubtful I'll be coming back.

Likely the slowest Starbucks in NoVA... maybe in the whole NCR.
