It has been over 20 years since I last visited Sails at McMahon's Point after a disappointing meal, even though I live nearby.

Great spot! A serendipitous discovery at the end of a long weekend walk along the harbourfront.

The Edge restaurant at the club offers a great selection of seafood, steak, marinara pasta, and roast chicken entrees. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the restaurant boasts sweeping views of the bay.

We had a lovely Sunday lunch with a beachfront view. Ordering and paying for our meals was convenient using the QR code on the table. The food exceeded our expectations. The mussels in chili garlic sauce were delicious. The spaghetti with barramundi and prawns was equally tasty. The seafood platter was a highlight, despite the missing Moreton bug. The pita bread in the Fatoush salad could be better. We ended our meal with a bottle of Sav Blanc for the five of us.
