Starbucks - Meadows Place

This was my fourth visit to this restaurant and it was awful. I was looking forward to trying out their new location, but they couldn't even get my coffee right. I asked for my coffee to be made creamy, but it turned out watery and spilled out of the cup. It was a ridiculous experience! They really need to provide more training for their employees so they can better understand how to fulfill customer requests.

This is by far the best dining experience I have ever had! The staff is incredible, but "Sheldon" is my absolute favorite. I feel a genuine connection with him and always look forward to seeing him. If this place ever closes down, I will be devastated because it brings me so much joy.

Only had a 5-star start-up experience here on the afternoon on a Saturday. hopefully, these bad reviews are a thing of pastness and only the growing pain of a new location. great location, lots of parking space and lots of space, inside and outside. delicious beer. squeaky clean.

I love Starbucks and was very excited to see one open up so close to my home. I understand this location is new and is very busy however, I must comment my brief experience to help coach your staff. There was no greeting when I walked in as there usually is in other locations. I ordered 3 drinks on the app which were ready when I arrived, only 1 had a sleeve on it none had a stopper. I asked the guy I saw for a drink holder and maybe he didn’t hear me because he just walked away so I had to help myself. Kinda disappointed overall with the customer service and I’d probably go out of my way next time to further location or just stick to my usual place during working days only.

Worst ever all the employees every were no organization.. My oder taker was the busiest she was polite but everywhere with no help from her coworkers or the manager who clearly doesn't need to be running anyone business. So she took my order and then i waited for about 10 minutes for my drink and they still havent started it couple more minutes then thay start making it put it in the blender. Then they the girls working start talking and ooh she forgot some ingredients adds it in and boom 2 time thru the blender now if u order starbuck u no that that blender is gonna make my drink hella watery... Which it was it was like drinking cold milk with frappie chips in. And there was no whipped cream or my caramel at least on top .. Terrible will not be going back to this location.
