Mcdonald's - Meadville

I ordered my meal for takeout. It was my first time using the automated ordering system inside the restaurant. It was okay, but I still prefer ordering in person with a human.

We had to wait a long time to receive our food and did not initially receive everything we ordered. However, the staff promptly fixed the error for us.

I waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes before the cashier finally came to the window. She was laughing and joking with a coworker, but apologized for the wait. She gave us large drinks instead of what we had ordered, but they were the wrong ones. Despite the mix-up with the drinks, the food was good.

Very long line through the drive-thru. They were not able to make shakes. My grandson could not understand why.

A good fast food experience. Good food and service.
