I’ve previously tried the food truck and finally made it to the brick and mortar. The set up of the restaurant is very strange. You order at the counter, and you’re given a number. However, you don’t choose your own seat. You have to wait to be seated. People bring your food out and refill your drinks, so I’m confused as to whether the staff is making at least minimum wage without factoring in tip or if they’re relying on tips. I felt a bit crowded by the staff. They kept coming to ask to take away plates even though our table wasn’t crowded with dishes. Maybe they really needed to use the dishes or were trying to stay on top of things, but it was a bit awkward. Food was good but not amazing like some of the other reviews make it out to be. There is a 3% surcharge when paying by credit card. Parking: They have a very small parking lot. There is parking on the street, but when I visited, people did not know how to park correctly.
