Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

This place is rough. The floor was disgusting. Food and garbage. The high chair she brought out for my 7 month old was dirty, looked like he had never been clean. Onion ring appetizer was brought out without plates because they do not have clean plates available. Food was decent, but I can't eat in a dirty place. I never go back.

This is my first time here and will be our last. The host isn't very friendly, didn't greet us with a smile. It looks like she is ready to go home or completely hates her job. They sat us in a timely manner but the floor is filthy and looks like roaches will come out any second to pick at the food all over the floor. I'm watching the bus boy clean down the booths and he a is doing a very poor job and leaving streaks of crumbs everywhere. Our high chair is dirty beyond belief. Good thing we had a high chair cover. Our waitress just came out with our appetizer and says there are no clean plates but when they get cleaned I will bring some out for you. Mind you it's not crazy busy in here. Trying to give this place a chance but it's going downhill fast. Food was good. Couldn't complain. Our server was very nice. But we won't be back. BTW I and reviewing this place while I am here now eating.

I was there this evening with a group of friends. We were seated quickly and the restaurant was very clean looking. The issue I had was the server. He took the orders fine but then it went downhill. He served our drinks by holding the glass at the top with his palm over the glass. When the food was served and he was passing out the food he was holding the tray and reading the orders checking them out with his face close to the food like he was trying to see what they were. Standing there breathing towards our food! Going to Red Robin anytime soon is a hard no for me.

I ordered my kids and myself food from here. The person that answered the phone wasn?t friendly. I get that you wanna go home. I got home and looked at my food. I wasn?t happy about how it looked. Our burgers were burnt and our bread was soggy. Will not be returning to this Red Robin anymore. Will not recommend this place to family or friends

Went in today cause I was craving nachos. Turns out they don't have nachos anymore. ? They also no longer put the fry seasoning on the table. They give you little packets but only if you request them. The chicken sandwich I got was pretty good.
