Ice has the first chicken sandwich! Others have tried to imitate it, but nobody can duplicate it! The best chicken sandwich I ever had.

My experience at the restaurant was excellent. The young gentleman assisted me in securing the special offer I wanted. The food was both delicious and served hot. My order was accurate. We will definitely be returning!

In terms of food quality and service, Popeyes consistently delivers, and this experience was no exception. My children and I were on a long journey and decided to stop at Popeyes based on their enthusiastic request. The drive-thru was busy but moving smoothly, and we only had to wait a few minutes for some fresh nuggets (a good problem to have). We received everything we ordered with great courtesy and convenience. However, I do have a couple of minor complaints: we had hoped to sit down and enjoy our meal in the dining area to stretch our legs, but that was unfortunately not an option. While I completely understand the reasons behind it, given the ever-changing circumstances of the pandemic, it would have been helpful if the current situation was clearly posted on the door.

My wife, Marion Harris, spoke with the wonderful Miss Rose over the phone. We were having a family gathering for the Super Bowl and Miss Rose provided us with exceptional customer service while being incredibly kind. We had a last-minute scramble to find chicken, and she effortlessly took our order, making everything so much easier. It’s truly refreshing to encounter someone so lovely. Thank you, Miss Rose, for making our day and for all your hard work—we really appreciate it!
