Abby's Legendary Pizza - Medford

I recently placed a large order of five giant pizzas for a party at Abby’s Legendary Pizza, Riverside location. I ordered an hour in advance to ensure everything would be ready on time. However, when I arrived to pick up my order, the pizzas were nowhere to be found. The staff seemed disorganized and unhelpful, and the management was nowhere to be seen. The lack of communication and poor customer service was extremely disappointing. This experience has really tarnished my perception of Abby’s Legendary Pizza. What used to be a reliable and enjoyable place has unfortunately gone downhill. I won’t be returning to the Riverside location again and would advise others to reconsider if they’re planning on ordering from there.

Quality of the pizza has not diminished one bit in the 40 plus years I've been going there. Top notch! It had been so long since I had ordered from them though that I had a slight jaw dropping moment when the gal on the phone who took my order said it was going to be $40 for one family size abbys special. I still enjoyed the heck out of it though!

The people that work there truly provide excellent customer service to their patrons. Especially one lady who truly goes above and beyond to treat their guests with such kindness. Even when they are slammed busy she still is so nice to every customer she deals with. Last time I was in there they had a hiccup with their printer so my pizza took a little longer then expected but the way they treated me and handled it made it no big deal to me. Great place, great food, great people !!!

Have always loved Abbys for eat-in/order-out pizza. Love their thin crispy crust.
