I would suggest calling health inspectors right away. When we visited, there were 15 people waiting for their UberEats orders while trying to place their own. During their wait, we noticed 7 employees goofing off. One man was handling French fries without wearing gloves and munching on bread and pickles. Then, a woman preparing sandwiches touched the trash cans with her bare hands before continuing to make food. We were in a hurry, and after seeing all this, I would never eat here again and strongly advise others to avoid it as well.

The service was quite slow. I ordered nuggets at 4:05 PM and didn't receive them until 4:19 PM, even though it wasn't very busy. It was just me and one other person waiting. The food itself was average.

I tried to go to the restaurant at 600 when it opened, but they didn't even take our order. They simply said they were closed, even though they were supposed to be open. The service was some of the worst I've experienced.

I have brought to order today for two whoppers two big kings in a big frit, was the only one in the line to go the window that she took my money, waited a long time for my order had no gloves on touch dirty money with lung inflammation on her and all kinds of other viren and disgusting diseases in the money and then put her hands in my pocket and rufflines

Order took a long time to make. It seems like they prioritized the drive-thru customers over the dine-in customers. This BK offers customer service that is below-average relative to other BKs. The BK on Somerville Ave gets their meals ready in much less time.
