Dunkin' - Medford

My frozen coffee was absolutely perfect, and the young man who attended to me was fantastic!

The jelly donut was the worst I've ever had. The young man at the register was quite unprofessional. There was only one Dunkin' Donuts available.

I visited the restaurant around 2 o'clock on a Thursday afternoon. I ordered a medium caramel latte without cinnamon, repeating "no cinnamon" four times. I also asked for a croissant filled with something. First, the barista made my drink incorrectly, and then she put it in the wrong cup while trying to add more milk and make it a larger size. I told her that I wouldn't accept it and wanted my money back, insisting that she needs to fix it properly.

The first participant not properly placed my order and she gave me an order that was completely different from what I ordered a second person came to say that my English is not good and treated me in front of the other hired I drink coffee at least twice a day and I do it the same question for more than 5 years in franchise shops and it was the first time that someone had not understood my questioning workers and yet another
